Refund Policy
Refund & Deposit Policy – Ninety Six Automotive
This Refund & Deposit Policy forms a legally binding agreement between Ninety Six Automotive (“the Company”) and the customer (“the Customer”).
By paying a deposit, requesting services, or securing a booking, the Customer expressly acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to the following terms without limitation or exception.
1. Deposits – Strictly Non-Refundable
1.1 All deposits paid to Ninety Six Automotive are non-refundable under all circumstances.
1.2 Deposits are required to:
-
Secure a booking date and workshop allocation; and
-
Cover administrative costs and the ordering of vinyl materials specifically selected by the Customer.
1.3 Once any vinyl or materials have been ordered, the deposit is permanently forfeited and no refund, credit, or transfer will be issued, regardless of outcome or circumstance.
2. Cancellations, No-Shows & Delays
2.1 Deposits will not be refunded in cases including, but not limited to:
-
Customer cancellation for any reason;
-
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show);
-
Requests to reschedule after a booking has been secured;
-
Delays, shortages, defects, or delivery issues caused by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, or couriers;
-
Change of mind by the Customer at any stage after deposit payment.
2.2 The Company shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, or inconvenience arising from third-party delays once materials have been ordered.
3. Acceptance of Terms
3.1 Payment of a deposit constitutes irrevocable acceptance of this policy.
3.2 The Customer confirms that all selections (including but not limited to color, finish, design, and material type) have been reviewed and approved prior to payment.
3.3 Verbal, written, or electronic acceptance shall be deemed legally binding.
4. Refunds & Dissatisfaction
4.1 No refunds will be issued prior to the completion of all agreed works.
4.2 A refund may only be considered after all services have been completed in full, and only where the Customer can demonstrate legitimate dissatisfaction with workmanship.
4.3 The Customer must notify the Company of any issues immediately upon completion and before vehicle collection.
4.4 Ninety Six Automotive reserves the exclusive right to:
-
Inspect the vehicle;
-
Determine whether the claim is valid; and
-
Rectify, repair, or re-perform the work before any refund is considered.
5. Limitation of Refunds
5.1 Any refund, if approved, shall be limited strictly to the amount paid for the disputed service only.
5.2 Deposits, material costs, third-party expenses, and labour already performed are non-refundable in all cases.
5.3 No refunds will be issued for:

Minor imperfections consistent with the nature of vinyl wrapping;
-
Wear, damage, or defects caused after vehicle collection;
-
Work altered, removed, or interfered with by any third party.
6. Final Authority
6.1 All refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of Ninety Six Automotive.
6.2 This policy supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements, whether verbal or written.
